The SONO-GS1 is engineered for versatility and can be seamlessly installed in containers, dryers, process lines, screw conveyors, hoppers, and silos. For optimal performance, we recommend installation in screw conveyors where material density remains relatively constant.

SONO GS1 Woodchip Moisture Meter offers Flexible Interface Options
The SONO-GS1 offers a range of standard industry outputs and communication protocols to meet all your data transfer needs. Key parameters such as moisture content, conductivity, and temperature can be directly transferred into a PLC via two analogue outputs (0(4)…20 mA) or imported via an RS485 and IMP-Bus interface. Additionally, SONO probes can connect directly to a local PC (USB port) using the SM-USB module or the field display – SONO-VIEW. This feature allows customers to adjust individual measuring parameters and perform calibrations with ease.
