Eurosens Direct® Fuel Flow Meter

Eurosens Direct® Fuel Flow Meter, a cutting-edge solution tailored for single supply line fuel systems, is made of tough aluminum alloy or brass. The measuring chamber has a special extra-resistant coating. Each fuel consumption meter is tested and calibrated on an automated calibration stand called Eurosens Detector. All versions of fuel consumption meters have a built-in temperature sensor that corrects the measured fuel volume depending on the fuel temperature. Fuel meters cover consumption rates of 100, 250, 500, 1500, and 3000 liters per hour (L/h).

Fuel Systems with Single Supply Line

  • In a single supply line setup, fuel flows from the fuel tank to the engine and is not returned back to the tank.
  • This setup is simpler and often cheaper to implement as it requires fewer components.
  • It’s typically used in older or simpler fuel systems where fuel recirculation for pressure regulation or emissions control isn’t necessary.
